Apple meluncurkan phablet pertamanya yakni
iPhone 6 Plus. Sebenarnya versi processor dari Apple A7 ke Apple A8 hanya sekedar peningkatan kecepatan dan penambahan core pada GPU. Jadi processor iPhone 6 ini masih memakai arsitektur 64-bit dengan basis ARMv8 seperti iPhone 5S.
